Self-Reiki Practice Guidelines
Hand Placements
1. Face
2. Side of head
3. Back of head
4. Neck
5. Upper ribs
6. Abdomen
7. Lower ribs
8. Pelvis area
Duration and Technique
1. Lay comfortably, use pillows, blanket whatever you'd like
2. Hold each placement for 3-4 minutes (you can use a timer, music or nothing)
3. Use gentle, light touch
4. Keep eyes closed, contemplate for 1 minute, then open
