Daily Reiki Self-Practice Guidelines


Hand Placements


1. Face

2. Side of head

3. Back of head

4. Neck

5. Upper rib

6. Abdomen

7. Lower rib

8. Pelvis area


Duration and Technique


1. Lay comfortably

2. Hold each placement for 4 minutes

3. Use gentle, light touch

4. Keep eyes closed, contemplate for 1 minute, then open
