I was first introduced to the Nine Elements and Four Aspects of Reiki during a Reiki Master Intensive led by Phyllis Lei Furumoto and Paul Mitchell. It was a deep and memorable experience one that shaped how I understand and share Reiki today. The teachings offered a framework that gave language and structure to my practice.
